Construction Cloud
A platform used by the design team but not the contractor recreates the coordination problem it was bought to solve.
Construction Cloud connects design and site: a single document store with controlled versions, issue and RFI tracking, quality and safety checklists, and model coordination that runs against the current model rather than a stale export.
Its value is proportional to how much of the project team is on it. We scope rollouts around who will be using it from day one, including the external members, because that is what determines whether it works.
The common data environment: controlled document versions, permissions and review workflows. The foundation the other modules sit on.
Field execution: issues, RFIs, submittals, quality and safety checklists, photo documentation and cost management.
Model coordination and automated clash detection across disciplines, running against the live model.
Quantity takeoff from 2D drawings and 3D models, feeding estimating rather than being re-measured by hand.
Licensing is per user across the modules, with capability differing by module. Pricing depends on the module mix and the number of external collaborators, so this is quoted rather than listed.
The external collaborator count is the variable that most often surprises buyers — a project with many subcontractors needs planning for before the agreement is signed.

Each person who opens the software needs their own subscription; seats cannot be shared or pooled. For genuinely occasional users this changed the economics considerably, and it is worth reviewing whether a viewer or a web workflow serves them instead.
Once a user needs two or more Autodesk products it usually is, and the collection also covers occasional use of tools nobody would buy outright. We will price both against your actual product mix.
Tell us the project size, the disciplines involved and how many external collaborators need access. We will scope the module mix and quote it.
