Microsoft OneDrive for Business Plan 2

OneDrive for Business Plan 2 is the standalone storage plan with the compliance features: data loss prevention, eDiscovery for legal hold and search, and in-place retention.

It is bought by organisations that need those controls without a full Microsoft 365 subscription. Where a team already has Microsoft 365 Business Premium or an Enterprise plan, OneDrive is included and this is not the thing to buy — we will say so rather than sell a second entitlement for storage already paid for.

Storage entitlements and the process for requesting more are set by Microsoft and change from time to time; we confirm the current allowance in writing on the quotation.
